MEPAU’s Constitution provides that the business and affairs of the company are to be managed by or under the direction of the Board. The responsibility for the management of MEPAU’s business activities is delegated to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who is accountable to the Board.

Mitsui & Co. (Australia) Ltd. (MCA) prepares the annual Tax Transparency Report on behalf of MCA Multiple Entry Consolidated group, inclusive of Mitsui E&P Australia.

East Coast Gas Market

Gas marketing information relating to MEPAU’s East Coast assets has been published for the purposes of:

  • Section 11 (Issued EOIs); and
  • Section 34 (Information relating to available gas and EOIs), of the Competition and Consumer (Gas Market Code) Regulations 2023.
